Client wont start up

I can't open lol at all, i launch as admin, the lol icon appears, disappears, then reappears with the loading bar, after it loads the patcher never shows up. And i got mad, so i went into task manager. When i look in task manager, it does what i said, but it kills itself! WTF?!?

I deleted the whole game and tried to re install, but that wouldn't work. i basically just deleted my whole lol, tried to reinstall but i still couldn't even get to the patcher/client screen. God help me
it's been working fine since a couple of days ago. What did i do?!?
