[Gameplay] Sion's Q and R not working in Howling Abyss

This has happenned a few times when I was playing ARAM in Howling Abyss where Sion's Q and R does not work suddenly, usually 10 minutes into the match. I noticed this a few months ago but I realized this was still happenning yesterday. The way to fix it for me is to put my moves onto quick cast, use the q, and then put my abilities back to normal cast. After that, both the q and the r works again. This is pretty annoying as this bug messed up a lot of potential plays and saves. It would be great if someone else can show this in video form if possible since Im unable to do so.
