Crappy client = dinosaur

This client is getting worse and worse, so outdated and so user-unfriendly. With so much commitment on updating certain aspects of the game, you guys systematically fail to acknowledge that your client is simply a big pile of poo, and that it's one of the most important features of the game.

After updating to 6.5, my client just won't start. After clicking "Launch" the client simply disappears. Nothing shows up. Task manager shows nothing. It just won't run. I've been reading around and most solutions is to delete key files in the games' directory then running the client would prompt the update. A few issues on this: deleting key files doesn't always prompt the updater and your last update is over 3GB large. So, I am forced to waste my download allowance and time to fix a stupid error/bug caused by a dinosaur client. I've spent a lot of money with this game and am very unhappy with the lack of care when it comes to the client.

My suggestion would be look at how other games run successful clients that are user-friendly and just not crap.
