[GAMEPLAY] Black boxes around cursor

Whenever I mouse over a turret or enemy, the cursor changes to the attack cursor but it has a black box around it. I can't get a screenshot of it because the screenshot doesn't capture the cursor...

I can fix this by deleting the configuration file at "Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\game.cfg" but it always comes back after I restart the client. I've tried repairing league and then completely reinstalling it, but nothing seems to help...
