[Gameplay] Gamechaning Neeko bug

Today I've seen a massive bug with Neeko across multiple games where it will refuse to keep track of her items, level, cs, and it even shows her PERMANENTLY on the map as another champion icon. I saw a Kayn icon in toplane thought it was odd he would be farming there for so long so I moved the view over toplane and saw a neeko not disguised as anything. In another game I saw a Camille icon and it was a neeko disguised as voli running into lane.

With this bug it's impossible to tell if you have a lead over her and impossible to tell what her items are. You can see her level by looking at her live in the game but the scoreboard will never show it properly. You can never see her items unless it randomly fixes. I've seen one instance where it randomly fixed. In the other game it stayed that way the entirety of the game. I even clicked on Neeko and tried to view her items in her inventory. Clicking on her (out of disguise) brought up a box for a camille with no items.
