BlackFrost Anivia's Q {{champion:34}}

I will be posting photos to this once i record a game as Blackfrost Anivia from my POV. Her Q's circle to proc the stun in hit is Insanely mismatched with what the actual hitbox of it is. I looked at other threads made on this topic and I think i see why no one sees it as broken b/c for some ungodly reason the hit box on the Q is not shown on the replay(and is why i have to record and take the screenshots of what is happening). There are threads made on this exact discussion that are 4 years old and still no bug fix. I doubt i will have a effect on this being changed but i can't complain about it and not say something here or i'd be a hypocrite. I personally really like the blackfrost skin and purchased it but this bug makes me never play it. I will not be telling anyone i know to ever under any circumstance to buy this skin until this is fixed. Thank you for your time, remember to upvote. :)
