Negative update... (-20 mins)
I'm updating but the update is not stopping even after the given among of Mb is downloaded.. I don't know what to do??

If it's a Windows update there is nothing you can do. Need to wait it out. There's other stuff the computer needs to set up with that download. I've had to wait 40+ minutes before; it's not too uncommon.
