[GAMEPLAY] Twisted Fate Permanent Cursor Change

When playing Twisted Fate I regulary encounter a bug, causing to turn my cursor permanently from the (normal) hand into the cross hairs, that appears when activating an attack. It doesn´t disappear when I right-click and prevents me from changing my field of view, clicking on the minimap and I can´t use smartping anymore. After a while I figured out, that the cursor changes back to normal, when I directly click on the Q-button on the HUD and right-click somewhere. It only works with his Q, since the W, E and R don´t cause the cursor to change it´s layout into a skillshot. The bug himself normally (but not always) occurs, when I activate my W two times within a very short period of time (as far as I can remember). I use smartcast with range indicator.

EDIT: I will test this bug out in some more games and add some pictures.

EDIT: The bug has been fixed now in the patch 5.13
