[CRASH] Black screen during loading

During the loading screen or sometimes mid game the screen will suddenly go black and you will be unable to tab out without closing League altogether. I've found out that this can also occur during custom games and one way of causing it is by alt tabbing and it seems to happen in nearly every game I play, however it rarely happens mid game as it is more frequent during the loading screen
