Aatrox 3rd auto attack (blood thirst) regen doesn't proc vs kayle ult

I don't know if this is meant to be, as it does proc vs the counter strike and the undying rage. Also I happened to have my passive (blood well) proc before the guinsoo second on hit part applied so I would become untargetable and start regening and still have 300 or so hp left.
