Nami Ult Bug

In my last game, on April 3, 2017 Nami used her ult to cc the zyra and jinx, however the ult stopped almost as soon as it was cast. There was no braum, or yasuo, or spell shield in the game.

Did she die during the cast animation?

It won't get used if you don't finish the channel and cast it. I saw another report of this a week or so ago. Hope people can provide highlights from their replays to narrow down possible causes.

Yeah but it has that little wave particle during the channel that makes some people think the wave is 'going' already. That's why I asked if that makes sense^^"

I hope they start to attach highlights too. I wouldn't have to ask dumb questions like the above then.
