S rank but no chest
I got a S rank on Warwick 
but the season highest grade is still at a B+, also i didn't get a hextech chest even though i got an S rank. Many people have been facing this issue so please do something to fix it ASAP

Did you have a chest available for you to earn in general? Some people say they have problems but those same people don't understand how the whole thing even works.
You don't get chest everytime when you get S. In my 10 game S streak i got 0 hextech chests, but that's ok, because otherwize you will have 50 chect and 0 key fragments.
