Slow download speed through lol client

I can't download new patch because my download speed is like 90kbps. I am downloading 500MB for 2 hours and still it doesn't download yet. I have not problems with my internet because i checked my speed downloading games from steam ~ 2mb/s so it must be something wrong with client. How to fix that? PS I turned on client using admin mode. - Nothing happened
