[CLIENT][CLUB] Every time i log in the client offers me the same message

Every time I log in, the client offers me the same message written by one of the members even if I have already read it at least a hundred times. I'm not doing anything to actively cause this bug, it just happens and it's very annoying. Can you please look into it? Thank you.
