Champ Select Freezes When Timer Hits Zero

Hi! So, yesterday, or May 1, 2016, I was queuing up for a ranked match, when champ select appeared, I was going to ban,(I was the third ban).So, around the second ban, I noticed that the ban timer is going down to zero. I thought that the other team had an AFK, so, I just thought that I was going to be returned to matchmaking. Instead, the champ select was stuck at the timer being at 0, after waiting for a minute, I was kicked from the select screen, and was given 5 minutes q for "dodging" the q.This happened later in the day, where the same thing happen( timer went to 0, and the select freezes), this time giving me a 30 minutes q.

Plz Riot! Fix this problem, this bug is very annoying. And if anyone has any suggestion, please type it below.

Note: My internet was fine during all of the mayhem.
