[Client] W skill when hovering over Zilean is empty in Teambuilder

When you hover over Zilean in Teambuilder champion select, the W icon is blank, contains no information.

1. Go to teambuilder
2. Select/ Hover over Zilean in champion select
3. W skill does not show up

Recreated 10/10 times, even after restarting client ( Unsure if the same bug in normal champion select)
