Teemo Howling Abyss Bug

Teemo seems to have a bug in the Howling Abyss map with buying and undoing buys. Even if you don't move or you're still dead when you buy an item, you can not undo the buy. I asked people in the Aram that I played as Teemo and they said they were having the same issues.
