[CLIENT] MY PURCHASED RUNES AND EMOTES DON'T APPEARS

This has occurred many times that my already purchased rune pages wont appear and when I've pick the champion and try to select the rune page for my champion which I had previously saved, then what go with improper runes in game. Not only the emotes I had won't appears but also the default thumb emote as well, this is frustrating PLEASE FIX IT SOONER!!!
