[CRASH] The game crashes with 500 Ping

The game crash while you are playing!! The ping is 500 and you can't move. It didn't happened only at me, I was playing with a friend with skype and he said that his game crashed too. There is a big problem, it's that after the crash you can't reconnect and if you do it, it shows an error with the firewall (same thing my friend).
