Patch 6.5: "Please Wait" and spinning loading icon when clicking on Ranked or Normal Draft queues.

Updated to patch 6.5 and now there is a "Please Wait" and spinning loading icon when clicking on Ranked or Normal Draft queues.

After about 10 seconds queue is cancelled and I am returned to the main lobby screen.

Normal Blind Pick queue working normally.

The Normal Blind Pick queue couldn't find a game after 10 minutes (1:45 estimated) so I tried to create a custom game and I've been stuck on this screen for 10 minutes now (custom summoner's rift, 5v5 with all beginner AI's).

I don't know if Riot has done anything to fix this but I've found that closing and re-opening the game client solved my issue with not being able to join Ranked Queues.

It seems to be queue based, as I cannot join a normal or draft lobby, and in blind pick, I will never have a popped queue. My normals MMR is not high at all, especially that I waited 30 minutes, then 10, then 10, then 5 and 5, to see if I could get into any queue. 5 queues and I could not get it to pop.

I repaired my game files and it still has this issue, as well as restarted my client a few times

However, I can join a custom game. That's it.

Same issue here, OP. I can't play a game at all. Just greeted with this screen.

Can't get into a blind pick, either. The queue will run forever. I tried for roughly an hour. I am happy to help any Rioter trying to fix this.

Having the same problems...it wont let me get into ranked or normal, just says "please wait" and then redirects me to main page. i can play arams though. Right before this problem happened, i was in a ranked que, and the same froze as someone didnt pick thier ban, then the screen was frozen when the players ban hit 0, and its been messed up ever since. Being someone that normally plays only ranked, i am quite upset.

I have been waiting for nearly an hour now. 30 minutes, solo queue blind pick Summoner's Rift. Another 25 minutes on ARAM. Not cool DrMundo

Same problem, but only on some accounts. my main can queue up, my my others do not queue at all.

Hate to bump, but I'm having the same issue now post patch. However, I can get into any game EXCEPT for draft. Draft gives me "Please Wait" with the spinny icon of death for maybe 60 seconds, and boots. Super frustrating, as I typically only play draft. I've tried restarting, I've tried the repair tool, and have hit a dead end and just play ARAMs now. SOS?

Does riot even know about the problem? if yes, when will they fix it? i mean, you guys posted this 3 months ago and my account still has the exact same Draft Queue problem with the never ending "please wait" spinning icon. i want to play again... summoner 3

Still happening over here!! infuriating as it happened out of nowhere and i haven't been able to a single game of draft :(

I tried on two different computers, no luck. Emailed Riot, and they essentially told me that it has to do with my account, not my client. They also said they've done everything they can do to try and fix it, and to just wait it out and play blind and ARAMs.

Basically stuck in the crappy "Please Wait" spinny loady sign IRL. But clearly this isn't the first time it's happened, so it's hard to say when this will be permanently fixed.

I have the same problem too, only my main account is bugged and can't play any draft mode...Rioters only answer with things like "reinstall the game" or "repair" but I tried this and nothing happened!!! ... I think that maybe a change of the server could solve the problem because of a "reset" of the account but I'm not sure, and 2600 RP are too much for a problem of Riot Servers.

I and a couple of my friends brought this up a week or 2 ago since we are experiencing this problem as well as other forum post have been posted about this already ( http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/QP9abyPs-draft-pick-lobby-doesnt-load ). Riot keeps e-mailing me over and over saying the same thing, don't know the problem but working on it.. it gets really depressing after a while..

This just happened to me. I was in a draft game and it bugged out, since then I have not been able to queue for any draft games at all.

Same problem. Don't bother trying to restart client or computer. If it is the same problem it is ON RIOT'S SIDE. Don't worry though... they can't help you. It is a bug that glitches your account until.... well whenever. They can't fix it or won't. They will tell you to do the same things your ISP will tell you when a cable line is down. Restart your computer, reinstall, ect. None of it works. I have logged onto several different computers. I have had other log onto the same computers and it works. Thanks Riot for the super duper response of.... nothing.
