Before 1 and half months i reached honor level 3, in the same time my brother got ban 2 weeks. Today, he got honor level 4 but I am still level 3. I don't understand...

Are you getting honor from your premade buds? Rito implented that doing that will yield far insufficient honor gain towards the next level, and are you getting that everyone honor each other bonus? and then making sure to log out and then log back in 2 check for lvl up notification?
