[Gameplay] Aphelios Infernum Auto Attack Bug

Aphelios, upon switching to infernum by running out of ammo in another weapon, will not auto attack for the first 2-3 seconds after gaining the weapon. No amount of clicking targets or using the attack move command will make an attack come out for those few seconds.

Steps:

1. Rotate through weapons until Infernum is your next weapon
2. Run out of ammo in order to bring up Infernum as your primary weapon
3. Try to auto attack within a few seconds after the switch

I've had this happen consistently through games, and others I've asked about it have had similar results.
