Wtf how is this kalista bug not fixed.

I played kalista then I accidentally black speared the viktor, so then I buy another one and black spear my support except in lane my w passive does not go off when me and my support auto attack. Rito Pls Tl;dr If you black spear two times as kalista your w passive doesn't work.
