Missing UI in champ select

Hello, I would simply like to report a bug that has happened to me several times when playing ARAMs, right after accepting the game this is what happens to my UI, the only things I see are my teamates IGN and character icon and there's nothing I can do, can't change masteries/runes/summoners/skins.

If anyone has a fix for this please share and thank you.
