Ranked Game crashed and can't reconnect

My ranked game crashed and it will not allow me to reconnect to the game, i was wondering if you could prevent LP loss for me and my team as the enemy had an unfair advantage, because the game it self crashed.

I have tried logging out and back in but nothing is working and i have also restarted my computer. didn't seem to work and i feel bad for my team, this hasn't happened before and i haven't done anything different then i normally do when playing the game.

I would really appreciate your understanding if you could prevent the LP loss, please and thank you.
