Tahm w instant cooldown upon swallowing [GAMEPLAY]

When playing as Tahm almost every time I eat a minion the W instantly starts it cooldown timer preventing me from spitting it out. I'm pretty much forced to wait for the spell time to run out and run in the direction I wanted it to spit to. And it's not just minions, It also happens when I swallow and try to spit enemy champions
