Got an S but no Level 6 Token

Was playing Hunt of the blood moon end game score was 16/4/10 which gave me an S but I didn't get my token (I already had 1) http://imgur.com/a/gvojU

Rotating game modes and ARAM don't usually give tokens, you have to earn S ranks on the Rift.
Blood Moon might not give tokens.... I'm not sure if "side maps" like Featured gamemodes or ARAM maps give tokens (or mastery...)
Only normals SR and Ranked SR can give tokens. No RGM, ARAM and TT can give tokens.
