Yasuo abilities
Every time I go for an e-q combo, the q is delayed and ends up going in a random direction instead of tornadoing. Regular Q's are also glitchy and if you turn around too fast, the Q will lag and go behind you.

well when you Q while you dash with E you will knock up targets in a circle around you instead of summoning a tornado, that is intended, if that's what you mean.
