[GAMEPLAY] Brand - Infinite Frost Queen's Claim Stack Replenish

Frost Queen's stacks will automatically be replenished to 3 stacks. The first part of the video is when it started, and it happened more times throughout the game. It seemed to come back at random times, so I'm not sure what causes it. It happens with the full Frost Queen's item and with Frostfang. I could not recreate the bug. If you ask me, a more mild version this should be a full feature in the game. Ancient coin line is far superior to all other support items, gold income wise. I set up a poll, vote if you want.
