Sion bug in ascension

My team killed an enemy sion after killing the god. He was in the middle of the circle and ended up being ascended in his passive. He ended up going back to his normal self with full hp and everything. That needs to be removed.. He ended up getting quite a few kills after it even though he was supposed to be dead.
