[GAMEPLAY]Internet problems in loading screen and ingame

It mostly happens on the first game of the day. I get disconnected in loading screen and even my internet connection get's shut off(which almost never happens except for this case). This happens like 2 times a day if I play league for some hours.

The bigger problem is that since some weeks ago my internet stability ingame is really bad. Even when i have a stable ping around 25 I get stuck at random spots and can't move or my champ just walks in the direction I last clicked before the lagg hit me. But the ping doesn't change. Which is kinda weird.

The lesser problem is that sometimes without rhyme and reason i get a ping of 500 and a disconnection, but after that it's also just gone.

My speedtest.net results are fairly stable around the 15-20mbps Dspeed and 15 mbps Uspeed and LOL is the only game that has these internet problem. There are no other online games where I have these problems. I really don't understand why this is happening
