[CLIENT] Facebook Friend Recommendation Feature not working as intended

TL;DR - Facebook account linked to smurf and main, a friend is recommended on smurf but not on main even though I don't have him added on either accounts

Facebook Friend Discovery is enabled and I link it to my main account and everything seems fine. It shows: "Looks like there are no new friend recommendations right now. We’ll keep checking periodically and will let you know if something comes through." So I think, "Ok" and move on.

Team Up Week comes around and I thought I'd get the free champion on my smurf as well. I log onto my smurf and link the same Facebook account to my smurf. But it doesn't show the same message on my main, it recommends me 3 friends. Let's name them Friend 1, 2, 3 Now, Friends 1 and 2 are already on my main, added. But Friend 3, I don't have added on either accounts.

And the problem lies there, Friend 3 is recommended to me on my smurf but not my main even though the same Facebook account is used on both.

I've tried unlinking Facebook from both accounts and relinking it only to my main, nothing changes. I know I can just manually add them onto my main but my concern is that the Facebook feature isn't working as intended.

I've already submitted a support ticket and received responses, they are looking for a resolve but no ETA. This isn't a huge deal / game breaking, just thought I'd share the issue.

I've attached screenshots from both accounts' perspectives. The dismissed recommendations are the ones already added on my main.
