[Gameplay] Ally Champions invisible on the new SR?

MY friend disconnected from the new map and then shortly reloaded into the game only to find THIS happen to him: All allied champions did not show up on the mini map All allied champions were not visible in game I was playing as Sona, and in the screenshot you can clearly see my shield (from my W) on Ezreal. Has this happened to anyone else?
