[Gameplay] Syndra - Using "W" skill causes inability to left click and ping

On Syndra, after you use her "W" skill ability on either smart cast or normal cast, you cannot left click or ping for approximately 10 seconds. This causes inability to communicate with team through ping and does not allow any single left click actions to occur. In addition, doing this will cause the mouse cursor to become a target cursor (cross hair that appear when you use single target skills) for the same duration of time.
