[Gameplay] AP Math Isn't Adding Up for Cassiopeia Passive - With Pictures!

Hello, I just recently played a game as Cassiopeia and I noticed that the tooltip for her passive was a little unclear. It gave percentages of AP and then at the bottom gave the exact AP bonus amount. Unfortunately, these didn't match up.

In the attached photo, I had 690 AP and full 500 stacks of my passive. The passive said I was receiving 30% bonus AP, and it claimed that this was 116.71.

Assuming the passive does not stack with its own AP, it should give a bonus equal to .30*(690-116.71). This number would be 171.987, so the bonus is too low.

Not only that, but Rabadon's Deathcap, which also claims to grant 30% bonus AP, has a tooltip claiming that 30% is 159. Both the passive and the deathcap claim to give 30%, but they are two different numbers, and I can't figure out where Cass's passive is getting its result.

Seems like a problem. Good catch. Also, screenshot is a thing.

They stack of of each other and with masteries

Items: 320 Runes: 9,7 Masteries 6 + 16 x 0,89 = 20,24 Flat AP 350

Masteries: 350 * 1,05 = 350 + 17 = 367 Dragon: 367 x 1,06 = 367 + 22 = 389 Passive: 389 x 1,3 = 389 + 117 = 506 Mysterious 5%: 506 x 1,05 = 506 + 25 = 531 Rabadons: 531 x 1,3 = 531 + 159 = 690

edit: dissected flat values, moved masteries modifier and adjusted dragon ratio.

Radoobies is applied last

690-159=531 531*0.3 = 159.3

Seems about right.

Now as for Cass's multiplier, that is probably applied someplace with dragon buff or the archmage mastery (I'm too lazy to do the math).

Edit: decided to do the math (9.7+.89*16+120+120+80)*1.05*1.06*0.3=116.84... 116.71 is possible if that rod of ages can give some wacky amount like 79.6 when not fully stacked. Does ROA give some fraction of AP per increment of time rather than a flat amount per minute?

I think Rabadon's counts Cass's passive but Cass's passive doesn't count Rabadon's passive.
