High Noon Jhin(or maybe Jhin in general) Bug on Deadly Flourish Root Indicator

It's not every game, but sometimes when I play High Noon Jhin, the indicator that the enemy can be rooted by Deadly Flourish appears, but then it doesn't go away. It just stays there for the whole game. And it's not that they're constantly being hit by my teammates, when I hit them with Deadly Flourish even with that symbol there, they don't get rooted. I'm not sure if this is a bug on the classic Jhin skin, but it's definitely one on High Noon Jhin. It doesn't happen with specific enemy champions, but it's usually their adc and support. idk if thats relevant but that's the only pattern to the bug that i've seen.
