[GAMEPLAY] Teleport timer works incorrectly

Basically what happened: (As yorick in the toplane with tp(d)/flash(f))

• I teleport to tower / minion;
• Teammates didn't see cooldown in 'tab';
• I did see cooldown in 'tab'.

offtopic:

• Teammates got mad because I didnt teleport to the fight and 'YOU DID HAVE TP!!! WE CAN SEE';
• I get flamed for the rest of the game.
• Had fun while it lasted though XD
