Mordekaiser W not activating sometimes in 6.8
I was playing some games on Morde today and noticed that his W does not activate when he's moving sometimes. You can hit W over and over again and nothing happens. Then when it does activate he stops completely. I thought it was lag at first. Seems to have been introduced in this new patch. It doesn't seem to happen when he targets a minion or a champion, only when he activates it just on himself. Anyone else notice this?
Steps to reproduce bug:
- Play mordekaiser
- walk down the lane and while you are moving hit W when no friendly units are nearby
