Mysterious Friend named "R"

Ok, so recently I noticed I had a mysterious guy in my friends list. His name is just the letter R https://snag.gy/4XaiEb.jpg , and when I hover over him there is a rectangle with an endless loading circle. https://snag.gy/Kj5dpq.jpg And when I try to view his profile nothing happens. I font really understand why this is happening and I couldn't find anything on the internet.

Note: This was accidentally posted with my NA account, this bug is happening in a EU West Account.
