Pulsefire EZ Summoner Icon Missing After Latest Update

Bug report: After downloading the patch containing the Program skins, the summoner icon for Pulsefire EZ is missing. Both my actual summoner icon and the icon in the choose your summoner icon window are blank/black boxes. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
