Hi! I have a huge problem, I lost my dragon trainer lulu skin due to the update. I was playing as lulu support and I was using my dragon trainer lulu skin. Then someone didn't ban a champion and we got stuck at that screen so someone had to DC and that was me. Due to that bug I played another game with lulu and noticed that my skin was gone. If you don't believe me if possible you can look in my gifting history and see that SoUnfed gifted me Dragon Trainer Lulu.

Try and contact support. Try to also take a screenshot of your purchase history or where ever it shows that you had it, then also take a screenshot of the champion page since it should say if you own it or not! Get those two pictures and contact support and I'm sure they'll fix it up for you.

Hey HawaiianGangsta,

If your friend received a suspension for a chargeback or RP fraud, anything he bought with the RP will be removed (including gifts). First, reload your client to see if it'll show up. If not, try to find out if your friend was suspended for one of those reasons. If not, go ahead and submit a Support Ticket.

Thank you for your help but Deep Terror Nami he was not suspended from anything I still have some of the skins he gifted me, and Sarutobi how do you take a screenshot I'm a nub xD.

Also what happened to the alien invader heifer skin, I had the skin and its not even existent in the skin select anymore
