Cannot use Zac's E ability

While playing an ARAM, accepted trade for Zac because I hate myself. At some point during game, pressing E did exactly nothing. It did not say "cannot use this ability" as with other bugs I've encountered in this game. As you can see, my E key work is working just fine : EEEEEE. Blizzard plz fix
