Recent FPS Lag?

Okay, so recently I've been having a ton of trouble with League of Legends on this computer to black screening right after champion select to getting only about 15-40 FPS in game and it's really starting to bug me, I've tried a lot of things to try and fix this fps lag problem, I've uninstalled probably about 10 times now?? I fixed the black screen but this is really starting to tick me off cause I cant really concentrate in game because i'll go into a team fight and instantly get massacred because i'm lagging and couldn't react fast enough.... I'm seriously contemplating on just quitting League of Legends if this keeps happening... I used to get a solid 60 FPS all throughout the game on Medium-Low graphics (my computer isn't very good to begin with but it gets the job done.) Anyone know of a remedy to this problem or is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

nope gAME as been literally unplayable for me last 3 weeks. period. fps lagg pings are constant above 200 when i first installed this game i got under 100 pings consistintly which is good enough as i cant get better internet being as i live in the country as fuck region. But i cant even enjoy playing anymore but i still get decent pings with mininal lagg playing stuff that is way more taxing thaqn league. They wont fix it they obviously dont give a crap that east coast can barely play.so with regret Riot i will not play this game anymore nor will u get one more cent of my money. Enough is enough.

Your best answer is you need a new computer. Sorry man.

I did want to put fps and lag into perspective for you. I have built my rig over the past 2 years, slowly upgrading from an HP into a fully custom rig. Also want to add I have a 144 HZ monitor. Point is, I typcially am playing above 300 FPS in league (with V-sync off). When a 10 man team fight breaks out, Im still running over 150 FPS, and here's the kicker: the game still lags.

My best advice to you when choosing a new computer, is find something with a dedicated graphics card. It doesnt matter which one, league will run on any graphics card made in the last 4 years.

I stream high quality have had people complain about lag often and never had any lag at all until yesterday and today. It probably isn't his computer.

So other people are having the same problem? It's been about 2 weeks for me. I pretty much have to stop playing because The lag/stuttering gameplay is just unplayable. I just got this computer this month. Ive updated everything and and even tried lowering my game graphics and nothing seems to work.

I dunno if this applies to me, but about a week after this latest patch my laptop started lagging and i could have 40-60 fps but the second jungle camps spawned or minions hit the lane id shot down to 15 and it'd be lagging. I bought a gaming Pc just recently so i hope it won't repeat itself on it. the laptop was a piece of garbage anyway. :/

4.21 has been causing fps drops and ping spikes for many people, so honestly I would sit tight and wait for changes to come before investing in a new computer, since this has been a common problem.
