Unclickable owned champs (not banned) in ranked

Was in a ranked game, 3rd pick. After all the bans were said and over with, The screen lagged a little bit and the majority of the champions I owned were just a black, unclickable box. I feel as though I don't need to type out an essay for this, as it isn't too complex and I attached a picture. This has not happened in the ~10 games (ranked) i've played since then. As some context, I was forced to be a dirty Yi picker that game :(. Serious though, that bug sucked and it is quite the game-breaker. Has this happened anybody else?
