Kicked from queue but still in game?

So last night I was in a ranked queue waiting to play. At the last second before we go in game i get a message saying that all four of the other guys have left the queue. I'm like, WTF? Anyways, I get kicked completely out of the queue altogether. Not just back into the queue prep room, but ALL the way back to the home page, as if I hadn't even gone into the queue in the first place. When I try to rejoin the queue I get an error message saying that the client thinks I'm already in a game and I should restart it. However, that was obviously not the case as it would not let me into any game. I log in today to see that I am now in a 20 MINUTE leaverbuster for being "AFK" recently. Does anybody know WTH happened?
