Camera Scrolling Bug

Hey, so I'm not 100% certain if this is a bug or some weird setting but I've been having an issue whenever I go into free camera mode in games. I usually play with the Camera Lock on but I switch it often. Sometimes when I do this, the screen will start scrolling in a random direction as if my cursor were on the edge of the screen, but instead my cursor is in the middle of a screen. This doesn't happen always but it happens enough where it has been negatively impacting my games. I've noticed that it seems to move as if the minimap is the screens edge. So when it happens, if my mouse is on the minimap, the screen doesn't scroll, but once my mouse crosses the edge it does. Any advice?
