[Gragas] ARAM - Q no longer able to be cast

Not sure what happened but going to report it in case anyone else happens to experience this as well. I think I must have been stunned or knocked up by allistar at the same time I was going to use my Q (barrel). For the rest of the game it would not allow me to use my q, even after I had died and respawned. It never went on CD and would not throw any barrel out.
