[GAMEPLAY] Frames stuck below 25 fps for full games on seemingly random occasions

This has happened 3 times, on completely separate games and days. I load in and my frames will be anywhere between 18 and 25 fps. No client/computer reset seems to solve the problem. The only solution seems to be finishing the game. The following game will be normal once again. This bug started happening just after the release of the beta client, which leads me to believe it's related.

No way to replicate as far as I know. Seemingly random chance.

I've looked around online already and did not find anyone with a similar issue.

Update: Restarting the client even after a game did not solve this most recent issue. Made the mistake of Queuing up for ranked and forced a remake while I was restarting my PC. Restarting my PC did the trick as I found out in a custom game. RIP LP.
