LEAGUE NOT WORKING(PLAYERS NOT BEING READY)

my friends and I on the Oceania server couldn't play some lovely league this morning because , when we press play game it would say players are not ready and it wouldn't let us get into a Que. My friend has mild depression if he doesn't play league, he has many problems and this would be nice if it could be fixed today RIOT. Thank you your lovely user-Liam.(ps. plz fix it im bored af rn)

The same thing is happening to me for every game mode outside of custom games, was hoping to get a few games in before I had to leave for work, this doesn't seem likely anymore :(
