Hmm, it would be best to try and figure out why the game is crashing like that. To start you should try running a client repair. To do this, open the client (no need to log in), click the gear in the top right corner, then press "initiate full repair". You should also run the Hextech Repair Tool to check your installation, firewall, and connection settings.
If this doesn't help, it may be a driver issue. Double check that your drivers are fully up to date:
#HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR GRAPHICS CARD
- Press [Windows Key] + R (this will open up a "Run" window).
- Type dxdiag and then hit Enter.
- Select the Display tab.
- Note the name and manufacturer of your card in the top left corner of the window.
Most common graphics card manufacturers have a solution that scans your computer and updates drivers automatically. They can be found here:
And make sure directX is up-to-date by checking the Microsoft page here.
Sometimes even if your drivers themselves are up-to-date, there can be a setting that is throwing things out of wack. Try resetting the software to default and see if it helps:
#NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL
-
Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
-
Select Manage 3D Settings.
-
Click on Restore Defaults.
#CATALYST CONTROL CENTER
- Right-click on your desktop and select Catalyst Control Center (also called VISION center).
- Select Preferences.
- Click on Restore Factory Defaults.
Should none of those options help, Riot Support has a Troubleshooting Guide that goes over possible fixes one by one that may be helpful.
Worst case scenario, you can always get help directly by sending in a Support Ticket
Important:: Before doing so, make sure to run the Hextech Repair Tool to gather logs, then attach these logs to the ticket. This is important as it gives riot all the info they need to help.
